Job Details

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive recruitment coordinator to support the HR team in end-to-end recruitment, day-to-day administration, and staff onboarding/offboarding processes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Recruitment Administration: Coordinate job postings, manage applications, schedule interviews, conduct reference checks, and prepare employment contracts.
  • Staff Onboarding/Offboarding: Assist with ensuring all checklists and paperwork are completed for new employees or those leaving the organization.
  • HR Support: Maintain accurate employee records, including compliance requirements (WWCC, Police Checks, registrations, training).
  • Administrative Assistance: Provide general administrative support to the HR Manager, including meeting preparation, note-taking, and confidential witness services as needed.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Strong Organizational Skills: Proven ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines.
  • Technical Proficiency: Confidence with Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel) and ability to learn new systems and software quickly.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with ability to interact effectively with staff at all levels.
  • Discretion and Confidentiality: Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and professionalism.
  • Continuous Learning: Eagerness to learn and grow within the HR field.
