This role is responsible for promoting our organization as an attractive employer and overseeing the entire recruitment process.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Promote our organization as a desirable employer and manage the end-to-end recruitment process through attraction, recruitment, and onboarding of suitable talent.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop effective sourcing strategies.
  • Support employer branding initiatives and ensure a positive candidate experience.
  • Maintain accurate recruitment records, ensuring fair, merit-based recruitment practices align with industry standards.
  • Regularly review the results of advertising campaigns and use metrics to report on outcomes.
Requirements:
  • Certificate IV in Human Resources, Communications, Marketing, Business Administration, or similar or equivalent relevant experience.
  • Driver Licence.
  • Working With Children Check (WWCC) clearance.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with excellent time management.
  • Ability to manage competing priorities with efficiency and professionalism.
  • A team player mindset that is proactive and flexible.
