Job Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled Human Resources Specialist to join our team on a part-time basis. This role will be responsible for promoting our organization as an Employer of Choice and managing the end-to-end recruitment process.

Responsibilities
  • Promote our organization's brand and manage the attraction, recruitment, and onboarding of suitable talent
  • Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop effective sourcing strategies
  • Support employer branding initiatives and ensure a great candidate experience
  • Maintain accurate recruitment records, ensuring fair, merit-based recruitment practices align with our organizational values
  • Regularly review the results of advertising campaigns and use metrics to report on outcomes
Requirements
  • Certificate IV in Human Resources, Communications, Marketing, Business Administration, or similar qualifications
  • Driver Licence
  • Working With Children Check (WWCC) clearance
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with excellent time management
  • Ability to manage competing priorities with efficiency and professionalism
  • A team player mindset that is proactive and flexible
Benefits

This part-time role offers 14 hours of work per week, Thursday and Friday. The salary range is Grade 12 - $41.08 - $44.46 per hour plus 12% superannuation. Flexible working arrangements may be considered by mutual agreement and operational requirements.
