Position Overview

The Provider Services Officer plays a pivotal role in delivering exceptional support to HCF providers and current members. This position requires outstanding communication skills, particularly over the phone, and a commitment to maintaining a high standard of professionalism to ensure a positive experience for both providers and members.

As a self-motivated individual, you will excel in a customer-focused environment and be eager to advance your career within HCF's Claims division. This role involves working in the office on a part-time basis.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle a significant volume of incoming calls from providers and members
  • Address complex inquiries and resolve them within established service level agreements
  • Safeguard the confidentiality of provider and member data
  • Ensure the accuracy of provider and member records
  • Engage and communicate professionally with both internal and external stakeholders
  • Adhere to company policies and procedures consistently

Candidate Profile

The ideal candidate will possess a positive demeanor and a proactive approach. Experience in call centers or claims processing is essential.
