Senior Lean Consultant Role

A seasoned professional with a deep understanding of Lean Thinking is sought to drive sustainable improvements in business performance and culture. This senior role presents an opportunity to work alongside leaders in diverse businesses, enabling them to achieve their goals through Lean Thinking.

As a skilled Lean leader, you will deliver breakthrough improvements in business performance and culture. You will work alongside experienced practitioners in the Asia-Pacific region, benefiting from active professional development, peer-to-peer sharing, and coaching resources that enhance Lean and change management skills.

Based in South East Queensland, this role requires at least 10 years of industry experience, preferably in Manufacturing, Food, Supply Chain, or Resources. Your outstanding coaching, influencing, and change management skills are essential for delivering real business change and practical outcomes for customers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Apply Lean Thinking principles to drive business improvement.
  • Lead workshops and training sessions to coach and influence stakeholders.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve business performance and culture.

Requirements: At least 10 years of industry experience, preferably in Manufacturing, Food, Supply Chain, or Resources; outstanding coaching, influencing, and change management skills.
