Strategic Asset Manager

Lead the development and implementation of asset management strategies to drive future-focused growth.

About the Role

We seek an experienced strategic asset manager to lead our infrastructure team in adopting a new strategy, enhancing organisational capability through strategy, policy and frameworks to drive continuous improvement.

  • Develop and implement BHI's asset management strategies and embed these strategies into our ways of working.
  • Drive the implementation and ongoing operation of the enterprise asset management system across BHI.
  • Develop and implement sustainability strategies, aligning with best practice.

As a certified asset manager via asset management council or IPWEA, including working to ISO 55001 asset management systems or equivalent is essential.

About You

Our ideal candidate will have:

  • Tertiary qualified in asset management, engineering or associated discipline with considerable experience in a similar role.
  • Considerable experience and knowledge in strategic asset management, and working knowledge with the implementation of an asset information management system.
  • Experience uplifting organisational capability through the development of strategy, policy and frameworks to drive continuous improvement.
  • Excellent communication and influencing skills, with the ability to communicate clearly and concisely across all mediums.
