Job Title

We are seeking a skilled Engineering Manager to lead our CRM Enablement engineering team. As a key member of our technology team, you will be responsible for designing, delivering and operating our customer CRM platform (Salesforce) – enabling hundreds of agents to provide exceptional service to our customers.

  • Lead and manage a high-performing team of developers/engineers, building tools and workflows that increase agent productivity and customer satisfaction.
  • Partner with business stakeholders to understand needs, prioritise features, and deliver value.
  • Develop a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement within the team.
  • Deliver resilient, secure, and scalable CRM solutions using Salesforce and related technologies.
  • Ensure design and development meets industry best practice standards.
What We're Looking For
  • A proven leader of medium-to-large engineering teams, preferably in CRM or enterprise platform environments.
  • Strong Salesforce development and integration experience (Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, APIs, automation).
  • Solid grasp of engineering and architectural patterns (Microservices, API-first, Node, React, etc.).
  • Proficient in Agile delivery methods and DevOps practices.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence and inspire.
