Job Description

We are seeking a skilled professional to lead the technical aspects of our Customer Relationship Management (CRM) platform. As a CRM Platform Technical Lead, you will be responsible for providing technical guidance and oversight to ensure the successful execution of large-scale development projects.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide functional and technical leadership in the design and implementation of CRM solutions
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define technical approaches and business requirements
  • Work with architects and engineers to design and implement data integration components
  • Create and maintain product best practices and standards
Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Extensive experience in CRM technology platforms, particularly Salesforce
  • Strong technical leadership skills, with the ability to mentor and guide teams
