Job Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated Finance and Accounting professional to join our team as a Financial Analyst. This role involves providing exceptional customer service, liaising with internal and external stakeholders, and performing various financial tasks.

Responsibilities
  • Process funding requests for rent, property operating expenses, and capital expenditures.
  • Prepare monthly accruals for rent, property operating expenses, and capital expenditures, and post journals into the accounting system.
  • Assist with month-end closing, budgeting, and forecasting, including analysis of client data and responding to financial queries.
  • Work with JLL staff and stakeholders to establish procedures and systems.
  • Facilitate payment processing and coding of non-system invoices.
  • Review and process petty cash acquittals.
  • Liaise with leasing managers, lease administration, facilities management, and client representatives.
  • Provide high-level customer service to clients, third parties, and team members.
  • Perform other ad-hoc tasks as required.
Requirements
  • Australian Citizenship with ability to gain Negative Vetting (NV1) clearance.
  • Tertiary education in Accounting/Finance.
  • Professional qualifications such as CPA/CA (highly regarded).
  • Strong interpersonal and relationship management skills.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple and complex deliverables on a regular basis.
  • Attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in Excel and analytical reporting skills.
  • Self-motivated, confident, and energetic.
  • Ability to effectively deal with stressful situations.
