Ensure School Safety as an Incident Response Officer

This critical role plays a vital part in safeguarding the well-being and security of over 1500 schools across Victoria.

Key Responsibilities
  • Interpret alarm activations, exercising sound judgment in dispatching security service providers and/or police.
  • Contribute to a positive team environment and culture.
  • Mentor and train junior incident response officers to enhance their skills and knowledge.
  • Oversee complex security-related issues with a high degree of professionalism.
  • Liaise with school leaders, security service providers, and emergency services regarding alarm activations and security incidents.
Requirements
  • Commit to 24/7 shift work on a rotating roster.
