Job Title: Team Operations Coordinator">

We are looking for an experienced Team Operations Coordinator to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting the Hub Manager with day-to-day operations, leading and instructing the entire hub team, and ensuring every customer has exactly what they ordered in quality, quantity and product.

The ideal candidate will have experience controlling inventory, managing leading people, and playing a key role in assisting the Hub Manager to control costs including shrinkage and wage control. They will also be able to point to examples where they improved processes or made things more efficient.

As a Team Operations Coordinator, you will work closely with the Hub Manager to ensure smooth operations, drive process, and maintain a high level of customer satisfaction. You will also be responsible for hiring and training new Hub staff, and managing ad hoc tasks as required.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist the Hub Manager with day-to-day operations
  • Lead and instruct the entire hub team
  • Ensure every customer has exactly what they ordered in quality, quantity and product
  • Help with inventory control and incoming shipments
  • Look for ways to improve the team's performance, Hub culture or customer experience
  • Hire and train new Hub staff
  • Manage ad hoc tasks as required

Requirements:

  • Experience controlling inventory and managing leading people
  • Ability to assist the Hub Manager to control costs including shrinkage and wage control
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • Able to point to examples where you improved processes or made things more efficient
  • Ability to work with fluid schedules; being available peak hours of operation and most weekends
