About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Commercial Relationship Manager to join our team at Sharp and Carter. As a key member of our Commercial Services department, you will be responsible for managing relationships with key customers within the government sector.

This is a 12-month fixed-term contract with potential for extension, conveniently located in the northern suburbs. As a Commercial Relationship Manager, you will be the primary point of contact for key customers, responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with them.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Customer Engagement: Act as the primary point of contact for key customers, responding to their needs and concerns.
  2. Proposals & Presentations: Develop and deliver proposals and presentations to customers, showcasing our products and services.
  3. Relationship Building: Foster strong relationships with customers, collaborating with internal departments to ensure smooth operations.
  4. Product Development Support: Work with technical teams and customers on key product development initiatives, ensuring alignment with customer needs.
  5. Commercial Compliance: Ensure adherence to commercial obligations, assisting with documentation and compliance.
  6. Customer Issue Resolution: Address and resolve customer complaints, particularly those related to quality.
  7. Data Management: Maintain accurate data in HubSpot and other systems, contributing to the department's risk register.
About You

We are looking for a candidate with prior account management and sales experience, preferably with government departments or products. You should have strong collaboration, communication, and relationship-building skills, with the ability to handle multiple priorities and tight deadlines.

A strong understanding of compliance and governance is essential, as is experience in long-term project implementation.
