About the Role

As a dedicated professional, you will join a team of exceptional Early Childhood educators at a renowned childcare centre. Your primary focus will be on nurturing the growth and development of children aged 0-5 years, creating an outstanding learning environment that promotes their well-being and achievement.

Key Responsibilities

You will be responsible for:

  • Developing and implementing educational programs tailored to meet the unique needs of each child.
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with children, families, and colleagues to ensure a seamless and effective service delivery.
  • Monitoring and evaluating the effectiveness of educational programs and making adjustments as necessary.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need to possess:

  • A Certificate III or Diploma qualification in Children's Services from an ACECQA-approved institution.
  • Proven understanding of the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF) and National Quality Standards (NQS).
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse groups.
  • A current Working with Children Check and First Aid certificate.
