Responsibilities- Deliver high-quality educational programs that cater to the diverse needs of children aged 0-5 years.
- Establish positive relationships with children, families, and colleagues to create a collaborative learning environment.
- Collaborate with educators and teachers to develop engaging lesson plans and activities that promote learning and development.
- Monitor and assess children's progress, identifying areas for growth and implementing targeted interventions when necessary.
- Hold a Cert III or Diploma in Children's Services or ACECQA approved equivalent qualification.
- Have a current Working with Children's Check.
- Display a genuine passion for early childhood education and a commitment to ongoing professional development.
