This role will play a key part in our Melbourne office, reporting directly to the Associate Director of EMEA Benefits.

Career Overview:
  • Oversight of vendor relationships to ensure high service quality and value for CSL
  • Harness advanced data analytics and leverage AI-driven tools to optimize vendor performance and budget management
  • Guidance of strategic decision-making through data insights and implementation of digital solutions that drive efficiencies across compensation benefits and performance management programs
Responsibilities:
  • Manage relationships with external vendors providing Total Rewards services ensuring compliance and value for CSL
  • Collaborate with procurement teams to negotiate and maintain favorable contract terms and conditions with vendors
  • Establish and track service-level agreements SLAs and performance metrics to ensure optimal vendor performance
  • Assess vendor performance and identify opportunities for improvement cost savings or process optimization
  • Work with finance to ensure accurate forecasting and tracking of expenditures
  • Identify trends and opportunities to optimize costs without compromising the quality and competitiveness of Total Rewards offerings
  • Provide regular budget analysis to senior leadership ensuring alignment with financial goals
  • Lead initiatives to streamline Total Rewards processes and systems utilizing vendor capabilities to enhance program efficiency
  • Partner with HR Business Partners Talent Acquisition Legal Finance and other key departments to ensure Total Rewards programs are aligned with business needs
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting Business Administration or related field
  • 5+ years of experience in Total Rewards operations or vendor management
  • Knowledge of compensation benefits and performance management strategies with an understanding of the vendor landscape
  • Experience managing complex budgets invoices and financial forecasting in a large global organization
  • Expertise in negotiating contracts managing vendor relationships and driving cost efficiencies
  • People Management experience required
  • Domestic and International travel may be required from time to time
