Opportunity Summary

You will provide project coordination and support for the Assist Replacement Program, a significant program of work to replace the child protection case management system and facilitate operational improvements. Your duties will include working closely with the Program Manager to manage project planning, tracking, reporting, and governance. You will monitor the program's critical path and ensure that risks, issues and interdependencies are identified and escalated as appropriate.

Job Responsibilities

  1. Work closely with Program Manager to plan, track, report and govern project activities.
  2. Manage project budgeting and financial aspects.
  3. Develop and implement effective communication strategies across all stakeholders.
  4. Maintain accurate records of project progress, risks and issues.

Key Performance Indicators

  • Program delivered on time, within budget and to expected quality standards.
  • Project team collaborate effectively and productively throughout the project lifecycle.
