Senior Project Coordinator - Resources

Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Senior Project Coordinator to join our Resources team. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for coordinating project activities, ensuring timely delivery, and maintaining excellent communication with stakeholders.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Project Coordination:
    1. Coordinate project planning, execution, and closure phases.
    2. Manage project schedules, budgets, and resources.
    3. Monitor project progress, identify risks, and develop mitigation strategies.
  • Stakeholder Engagement:
    1. Develop and maintain effective relationships with clients, vendors, and project teams.
    2. Communicate project updates, progress, and issues to stakeholders.
    3. Ensure stakeholder expectations are managed and met.
  • Documentation and Reporting:
    1. Prepare and maintain accurate project documentation, including status reports, meeting minutes, and correspondence.
    2. Develop and track project KPIs, dashboards, and metrics.
    3. Provide regular project reporting to stakeholders.

Requirements:

Education: Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Business Administration, Engineering, or Project Management).

Experience: 3+ years of experience in project coordination, administration, or a related field.

Skills: Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.

Tools: Proficient in MS Office, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
