Project Coordination Role

The successful candidate will play a key role in the effective delivery of our projects. Their responsibilities will include maintaining accurate and accessible project records, managing project documentation, and providing comprehensive business support to the project team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Maintain precise and up-to-date project files.
  • Oversee the management of all project documents as Document Controller.
  • Support the preparation and coordination of project reports and meetings.
  • Offer high-quality business assistance to the project team.
  • Take minutes for Steering Committee meetings and ensure they are accurately recorded.

Additional tasks may be assigned by the Project Director and Project Manager. It is essential that the successful candidate has excellent organizational skills and can work well under pressure.

Required Skills, Knowledge, and Experience:
  • Familiarity with records management practices and computerized record systems.
  • Strong written communication skills, including report writing and correspondence.
  • Experience in providing project administration support in various contexts.
  • Knowledge of TRIM/Content Manager systems.

Desirable skills include experience with SharePoint and Microsoft Teams, as well as proficiency in software applications such as Microsoft Office.
