About this Job Opportunity

We're seeking a detail-driven and proactive professional to ensure the integrity of nationally recognised training programs within our organisation.

This dynamic role ensures all training is delivered in alignment with our standards. You'll be the key contact for managing learner records, generating qualifications and compliance reports, and supporting online assessment systems.

Your contribution will be vital in maintaining high standards across training delivery, including conducting inductions, responding to quality and compliance queries, and facilitating validation sessions with confidence and professionalism.

This opportunity offers unique experiences working across compliance, learning and development, reporting, and administration. You'll play a central role in continuous improvement by coordinating stakeholder feedback, supporting audits, and assisting in the development of training resources.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage learner records and generate qualifications and compliance reports
  • Support online assessment systems and facilitate validation sessions
  • Conduct inductions and respond to quality and compliance queries

Requirements:

  • Demonstrated expertise in learning and development, including adult learning programs and the Standards for RTOs 2025
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with public speaking experience
  • Highly organised, detail oriented, with project management skills and ability to produce accurate reporting
  • Proficient in leveraging learning technologies, including Microsoft Office Suite and Learning Management Systems
