Job Overview:

At Dixon Appointments, we're seeking a highly skilled Senior Qualifications and Registration Data Specialist to drive the implementation of an integrated solution in MyHR. This innovative project aims to streamline the upload and verification of staff qualifications and registrations, ensuring academic and supervisory credential standards are met through enhanced dashboard reporting.

About the Role:
  • Collate and migrate qualification and registration data into a central database within set timelines, guaranteeing accuracy and efficiency.
  • Conduct comprehensive data audits and gap analysis, sourcing additional information as needed to ensure seamless data integration.
  • Validate, analyze, and report data in consultation with stakeholders to maintain data integrity and inform strategic decisions.
  • Develop and update documentation as required, streamlining processes and enhancing overall system usability.
  • Cultivate strong relationships with HR, the Office of the Provost, Schools, and other key stakeholders to facilitate effective collaboration and communication.

Requirements:
  • A relevant degree and significant experience or extensive administrative experience with specialist expertise in data management and analytics.
  • A deep understanding of policies and procedures, enabling interpretation and application in complex situations.
  • The ability to prioritize tasks, manage workflows, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent organizational skills and efficiency in delivering timely results, maintaining high levels of productivity and motivation.
  • Advanced proficiency in software, including enterprise systems, spreadsheets, and databases, with a focus on data-driven solutions.
  • Proven analytical and problem-solving skills, driving innovation and improvement in data management processes.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, fostering collaborative relationships and facilitating effective stakeholder engagement.

Estimated Salary: $70,000 - $90,000 per annum, depending on experience, with opportunities for career growth and professional development.
