Job Title: Support Worker

Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate support worker to join our team. In this role, you will have the opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of people with disabilities.

As a support worker, you will provide high-quality care and support to clients in accordance with their NDIS plans. This will include assisting with daily living activities, such as eating, dressing, bathing, and grooming.

You will also provide transportation assistance to clients, offer respite care to clients and their families, and maintain accurate records of clients' care plans and progress.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent is required.
  • A Certificate 2 or 4 in Individual Support or willingness to work towards completion is highly regarded.
  • Lived experience or paid experience working with people with disabilities is essential.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills are necessary for success in this role.
  • Basic care and first aid skills are also required.
