About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Digital Experience Strategist to drive our 'digital first' vision by enhancing customer experiences across digital platforms.

As an expert in Adobe Digital Analytics, you will identify opportunities to boost digital performance and adoption. You will provide actionable insights to support the Product team in prioritizing initiatives, ensuring solutions address key challenges, and track the success of digital improvements.

Your ability to translate data into impactful strategies will be essential in optimizing our digital ecosystem and driving business value.

  • Analyze data from Adobe Analytics and other sources to identify trends and optimize digital performance.
  • Provide actionable insights to enhance website and app performance.
  • Assist in prioritizing high-impact initiatives using data-driven insights and business objectives.
  • Clearly frame problems and opportunities, offering insights for effective digital solution definition.
  • Lead analytics implementation, manage Adobe Launch tracking, and enhance Tableau dashboard capabilities.
  • Develop performance reports, track KPIs, and ensure digital initiative benefits are realized.
  • Collaborate with key stakeholders (product, marketing, strategy) to achieve digital targets.
  • Promote continuous improvement and performance visibility within the Digital team.
Your Skills and Experience
  • Proven ability to analyze complex data sets and extract meaningful insights.
  • Demonstrated understanding of web analytics concepts, including user behavior, conversion funnels, and attribution modeling.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think strategically.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex data insights to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Strong understanding of cost, ROI, and ability to connect digital experiences with business outcomes.
  • Commitment to enhancing customer experiences and meeting customer needs through digital solutions.
  • Effective at working with diverse teams and stakeholders to achieve common goals.
  • Experience working in a fast-paced, agile, dynamic environment with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple competing priorities effectively.
