Job Title: Roofing Project Manager

The ideal candidate will oversee the planning, execution, and completion of roofing projects from start to finish.

Responsibilities:
  • Plan and coordinate roofing projects, ensuring timely completion and budget adherence.
  • Select and procure materials, tools, and equipment for roofing projects.
  • Lead a team of roofers, providing guidance, support, and oversight to ensure successful project outcomes.
  • Develop and implement safety protocols to prevent accidents and injuries on roofing sites.
Requirements:
  • Hold a valid driver's license and possess a strong understanding of transportation logistics.
  • Be proficient in Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
  • Speak, read, and write fluently in English, with excellent communication skills.
  • Pass rigorous medical screening and maintain good health.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Possess industry-recognized certifications in roofing or construction management.
  • Hold a degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Have at least 3 years of experience in roofing, construction, or a related field.
