Job Summary

The Roofer is responsible for overseeing roofing projects, ensuring timely completion, and maintaining a safe work environment. This role involves planning, executing, and coordinating roofing activities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Selects and installs roofing materials, including tiles, wood shingles, and other necessary materials.
  • Built and repairs roofs using various tools and techniques.
  • Removes debris from roofs to place materials and smoothens roof surfaces.
  • Maintains a positive work atmosphere by interacting with customers, co-workers, and supervisors.
  • Completes records, maintains tools and equipment, and performs clean-up/housekeeping activities.

Requirements:

  • Knowledge of hand tools, roofing, construction, and maintenance techniques, and safety procedures.
  • Ability to perform physical activities such as bending, standing, climbing, or walking.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft programs like Outlook, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
  • Excellent communication skills, reading, and understanding the English Language.
  • Valid country of origin's driver's license.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Any roofing certification/s is highly desired.
  • At least three (3) years of experience in roofing, maintenance, or construction environment.
