We are seeking motivated and reliable individuals to join our team as Powder Coating Operators. This is a permanent, full-time opportunity with consistent hours and a supportive work environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Pre-treatment of aluminium profiles
- Jigging (loading/unloading) of metal parts
- Occasional powder spraying
- General warehouse duties
- Forklift operation (Forklift licence preferred)
About You...
You'll thrive in a fast-paced, hands-on environment where you take pride in your work and have a strong work ethic and willingness to learn. While previous powder coating experience is beneficial, it's not essential.
Required Skills:
- Reliability, self-motivation, and attention to detail
- Ability to work both independently and in a small team
- Physical ability to lift up to 20kg
- Strong commitment to safety and quality standards
- A Forklift licence (advantageous but not essential)
