About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Strategic Projects Coordinator to join our team. As a key member of our organizational development unit, you will be responsible for coordinating and implementing strategic projects that drive business growth and improvement.

Salary Range

The successful candidate can expect a salary range of $71,900 to $86,300 per annum, plus 11.5% superannuation.

Job Description

In this role, you will assist in preparing presentations and developing reports to support business objectives. You will work closely with stakeholders to deliver high-quality outcomes and ensure effective project management.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Coordinate and implement strategic projects to drive business growth and improvement.
  2. Develop and maintain relationships with stakeholders to ensure effective project delivery.
  3. Prepare and present high-quality reports and presentations to support business objectives.
  4. Contribute to the development of project plans, timelines, and budgets.
  5. Ensure compliance with relevant policies and procedures.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A diploma in human resource management, business, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
  • Demonstrated experience in program design and implementation, workforce change management, and project coordination.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to develop and implement effective solutions.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and other relevant software applications.
