Our organization seeks a highly skilled Director of Clinical Talent to oversee the development and implementation of clinical talent strategies. This key position is responsible for driving business growth through exceptional leadership, strategic planning, and team collaboration.
- Develop clinically sound and engaging treatment plans that cater to individual patient needs.
- Supervise and mentor Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to ensure consistent, high-quality care.
- Collaborate with families to establish goals, track progress, and celebrate milestones in patient growth.
- Deliver evidence-based therapy in a supportive and play-focused environment.
