Director of Clinical Talent

This is an opportunity to work as a Director of Clinical Talent, overseeing the development and implementation of individualized treatment plans that are clinically sound and engaging.
Your Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement Individualized Treatment Plans that meet the needs of clients.
- Supervise and mentor Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to ensure consistent high-quality care.
- Collaborate with families to set goals, track progress, and celebrate growth.
- Deliver evidence-based therapy in a supportive play-focused environment.
