Key Responsibilities:​

  2. Provide mental health and risk assessment, interventions, least restrictive practices and improved outcomes using evidence-based best practice.">
  3. Work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team and receive supervision and support with professional development.">
  4. Develop, implement and evaluate client-centred individual service plans, risk assessments and diagnostic formulations.">
  5. Provide integrated assessment, treatment and care for consumers with dual-diagnoses.">
  6. Develop skills in assessing and managing complex mental health needs and risks in the community.">
  7. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of client interactions and progress.">

Requirements:

Passionate about mental health and making a positive impact to the lives of young people and their families/carers,">Previous experience in clinical practice as a mental health/psychiatric nurse, preferably with young people.">Ability to develop, implement and evaluate client-centred individual service plans, risk assessments and diagnostic formulations.">Ability to provide, or develop skills in, integrated assessment, treatment and care for consumers with dual-diagnoses.">">
