Data Governance Specialist

Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Information Officer to oversee the collection, storage, and retrieval of patient data. This is a key position that requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to implement effective information governance policies.
Main Responsibilities- Design and implement data storage systems to ensure quick and efficient access to information
- Develop and enforce information governance policies to protect sensitive patient information
- Maintain accurate records of patient files, invoices, and clinic documentation
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and automation to enhance resource management efficiency
Key Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field such as Information Management or Business Administration
- Proven experience in data management, information organization, or a similar role
- Strong knowledge of data security and privacy regulations including HIPAA
- Proficiency in using data management software and tools such as Excel, Access, or database management systems
