Job Title: Data Governance Officer

We are seeking a detail-oriented professional to support the configuration and maintenance of our data systems. As a Data Governance Officer, you will work closely with our team to ensure the accuracy and efficiency of our admissions processes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Data Configuration: Configure and maintain admissions-related data within institutional systems.
  • Documentation: Develop and upkeep clear, accurate documentation for business processes.
  • Workflow Optimization: Assist in implementing efficient workflows and operational practices across the Admissions team.
  • Peak Period Support: Contribute to the smooth operation of systems during peak admissions periods.

About You:

  • Experience: 2+ years working in enterprise platforms such as student management systems or CRMs.
  • Technical Skills: Experience configuring and maintaining data within enterprise systems, strong understanding of data integrity.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication skills and a collaborative approach to working across teams.
  • Adaptability: Flexible mindset and ability to quickly learn new systems, especially during busy admissions periods.
