**Job Summary**

We are seeking an experienced Mechanical Fitter with excellent fitting skills, machining expertise, and the ability to fabricate and weld stainless steel and mild steel using TIG/MIG/MMA techniques.

**Key Responsibilities**

- Perform high-precision mechanical fitting tasks efficiently.
- Operate milling, turning, and other machinery to manufacture parts as required.
- Fabricate and weld components using various materials and techniques.
- Maintain equipment and tools in a clean and safe condition.
- Assist with repairs, upgrades, and projects as needed.
- Troubleshoot equipment-related process problems and failures.
- Drive ongoing maintenance programs and record equipment data.
- Support Engineering and Production personnel on continuous improvements and monitor equipment for process enhancements.

**Requirements**

- 3+ years of experience as a Mechanical Fitter or similar role.
- Strong understanding of mechanical fitting principles and techniques.
- Proficiency in machining, fabrication, and welding processes.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
