As a key member of our leadership team, you will play a critical role in driving business growth, improving operational efficiency, and ensuring the delivery of exceptional educational programs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Leadership and Coaching: Provide direction, coaching, and support to Centre Managers to achieve business objectives and deliver high-quality educational programs.
  • Operational Excellence: Drive team engagement, foster a culture of diversity and inclusion, and ensure the effective management of centre operations.
  • Business Development: Develop and implement local area marketing strategies to maximize occupancy and revenue, and identify opportunities for growth and expansion.
  • Centre Visits and Support: Conduct regular centre visits to provide guidance, support, and feedback to Centre Managers, and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Administrative Tasks: Complete administrative tasks as required, including reporting, data analysis, and budget management.
  • Communication and Collaboration: Participate in meetings, conferences, and training courses to stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices, and collaborate with other teams to achieve business objectives.
Requirements
  • Leadership Experience: 5+ years of leadership experience in the early childhood education sector, preferably with experience managing high-performing centres.
  • Centre Management Experience: Centre Manager experience preferred, but not mandatory.
  • Multisite Leadership: Experience leading multiple centres or teams, with a proven track record of driving business growth and improving operational efficiency.
  • Employee Engagement: Proven ability to lead and motivate a team, with a focus on employee engagement, coaching, and mentoring.
  • Business Acumen: Strong business acumen, with experience in financial management, budgeting, and data analysis.
  • Qualifications: Bachelor of Early Childhood Education or related field, or equivalent experience.
