Our Residential Group provides high-quality aged care in a friendly, secure, and comfortable environment. As an AIN, you will provide care according to residents' individualised assessed care needs and ensure resident care aligns with their care plans or as directed by RN and/or Care Manager.
Key Responsibilities:
- Providing care according to residents' individualised assessed care needs
- Ensuring resident care aligns with their care plans or as directed by RN and/or Care Manager
- Reporting all incidents promptly to the Registered Nurse or Care Manager
- Completing all activities related to residents' care documentation and plans
- Notifying RN in charge and/or Care Manager of any changes in resident care promptly
- Providing resident care within the scope of practice for an AIN and in accordance with Bolton Clarke Quality Standards
Requirements:
- Certificate III or IV in Aged Care
- Minimum of 12 months experience as an AIN in residential aged care (desirable)
- Flexibility, reliability, and a strong commitment to work
- Effective communication skills with residents, families, and staff
- A strong passion for working with the elderly
