About the Role:

This full-time position offers a salary range of $98,343 - $109,989 per annum plus 17% superannuation contributions. The successful candidate will work closely with stakeholders to analyse business requirements, develop specifications, and project manage the delivery of business intelligence solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Analyse business needs and identify opportunities for process improvements;
  • Develop and maintain databases, reports, and dashboards to support decision-making;
  • Facilitate workshops and meetings with stakeholders to gather requirements and provide updates;
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of solutions;
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in data management and analytics.

Requirements:

  • Demonstrated experience in analysis, reporting, and data visualisation;
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills;
  • Experience in stakeholder engagement, expectations, and relationship management;
  • Knowledge of data management concepts and practices, including data governance and security;
  • Skills in data manipulation tools, such as SQL, Power BI, or Cognos.
