Property Management Career Growth

We are seeking a detail-oriented and communicative individual to join our team as a Property Management Associate. As an integral part of our organization, you will play a key role in supporting the property management process and contributing to the growth and success of our business.

About the Role
  • You will be responsible for a variety of tasks, including administrative support, tenant and landlord communication, and coordination of repairs and maintenance.
  • You will also have the opportunity to work on a small, high-quality portfolio, gaining valuable experience and building your skills in property management.
Your Key Responsibilities
  1. Provide administrative support to the property management team, including data entry, document preparation, and other tasks as required.
  2. Communicate effectively with tenants and landlords, responding to queries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  3. Coordinate repairs and maintenance, arranging appointments and ensuring that work is carried out efficiently and effectively.
