The Role
We're looking for an experienced Property Lawyer (4+ years PQE) to join our team. You'll work directly with our Principal and be supported by a skilled property paralegal.
You'll manage a mix of NSW and national matters, including:
- Capital transactions and due diligence
- Residential and commercial conveyancing
- Developments, leasing, strata, and joint ventures
- Legal drafting, contract negotiation, and advisory work
What You'll Bring
- NSW unrestricted practising certificate
- Strong residential and commercial property law experience
- End-to-end conveyancing skills and confidence using PEXA
- Great communication and stakeholder engagement skills
- Self-motivated, organised, and a team player
- Interest in tech, process improvement, and business development
- Bonus: LEAP experience, interstate matters, or an existing referral network
