Industrial Automation Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Graduate Engineer to join our team and contribute to the delivery of industrial automation projects. As a Graduate Engineer, you will work on designing and implementing automation solutions for our clients, liaising with management and internal staff to assist with technical delivery and project execution.
- This is an excellent opportunity to develop your skills in design documentation, PLC RTU and SCADA programming, factory acceptance testing, on-site commissioning, and hand-over documentation.
Key responsibilities include:
- Designing and implementing automation solutions for industrial clients;
- Liaising with management and internal staff to assist with technical delivery and project execution;
- Collaborating within a supportive team environment alongside junior and senior Engineers, providing project assistance to Project Managers and Support Technicians;
- Assisting Estimators with the development of proposals and tender bids.
About You
What We Are Looking For- You should be based in Sydney or willing to relocate with current Australian Work Rights;
- You should hold an undergraduate or recent graduate degree in Electrical or Mechatronic Engineering, eligible for state-based engineering registration in Electrical Engineering;
- You should have knowledge of PLC, SCADA, and HMI systems;
- You should understand electrical circuit fundamentals;
- You should show high computer competency, particularly with MS Office;
- You should demonstrate excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
- You should show enthusiasm, motivation, and a proactive attitude;
- You should express a strong desire and interest to work within the automation industry.
- As a Graduate Engineer, you will combine professional and technical learning with on-the-job experience and ongoing mentoring.
