Job Summary
We are seeking a results-driven Technical Sales Leader to drive sales growth in the assigned region. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for promoting Fluke Industrial tools and developing business opportunities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Achieve multi-million-dollar revenue targets through various activities, including visits, roadshows, presentations, seminars, and workshops.
- Work closely with distributor channels to identify and pursue new business opportunities, analyze market trends, and develop effective sales strategies.
- Engage with distributor sales teams, ensure they are informed about Fluke products, and integrate brick-and-mortar sales with online and new sales strategies to maximize revenue through channel partners.
- Conduct customer visits, technically assess and qualify customer needs, and maintain a healthy funnel on CRM for opportunities.
Requirements
- 5-8 years successful relevant experience preferably with hands-on experience working in test & measurement.
- Bachelor's degree in electrical / electronic engineering or equivalent.
- Proven experience in end-user sales, value and solution selling, and key account management.
