Service Transition Manager Opportunity

This is an exciting opportunity for a technical ICT professional to lead the transition of knowledge into operations, ensuring effective and efficient service delivery.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and improve Change Management, Release Management and Configuration Management processes within the IT function.
  • Ensure best practice principles, processes, methods and techniques are in place.
  • Collaborate closely with stakeholders to deliver services and processes that meet business needs.
  • Resolve issues and identify opportunities to deliver joint initiatives to improve quality of services, processes or technology.
Requirements:
  • Hold an IT Service Management ITIL Intermediate Certification or above, and have essential ITIL Foundation Certification.
  • Possess competence, knowledge and subject matter expertise in IT Service Management, with proven ability to implement IT Service Management frameworks and practices across an organisation.
  • Have strong stakeholder management and communication skills, with demonstrated ability to communicate and liaise with stakeholders at all levels.
