About Our Role

We are dedicated to delivering genuine and anticipatory customer care that exceeds expectations. This includes efficiently handling complaints and concerns, as well as taking responsibility for tasks to assure total guest satisfaction.

Our ideal candidate will possess a passion for providing outstanding service and have a desire to work in a unique hotel environment. Previous experience working in a front office role is an advantage.

You will need excellent personal presentation and attention to detail, strong communication and organizational skills, and the ability to work autonomously within a team.

In addition, you will be confident in using hotel-based computer systems and have the ability to quickly adapt and learn new systems.

Working Conditions

This is a casual role with a rotating roster that includes weekends, nights, and public holidays. You will work an 8 hour shift.
