Job Description

This role involves developing and managing a high-performing contractor network that drives our delivery operations. As a Contractor Sourcing Specialist, you will shape acquisition strategies, strengthen partnerships, and drive workforce growth.

You will oversee the end-to-end contractor sourcing process, maintaining a healthy pipeline, facilitating onboarding, and ensuring all compliance and insurance requirements are met.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Source, attract, and engage independent delivery contractors (IDCs) in line with business needs and regional volume demand.
  • Maintain a consistent contractor pipeline through proactive outreach, targeted attraction strategies, and community engagement.
  • Facilitate the end-to-end onboarding process, including documentation, compliance checks, insurance verification, and system setup.
  • Streamline recruitment and onboarding processes to improve efficiency, contractor experience, and time-to-activation.
  • Build strong, transparent relationships with contractors, ensuring alignment with business standards, expectations, and values.
Required Qualifications and Experience

You should have proven experience in recruitment or contractor management, ideally within transport, logistics, or a related field, as well as knowledge of independent contractor models and onboarding processes.
