About the Position

We are looking for an experienced technology professional to lead the design, development and delivery of complex software solutions.

This strategic role will involve influencing the direction and delivery of our digital platforms, working collaboratively with engineers, product managers, UX/UI designers and stakeholders to translate business requirements into exceptional user experiences.

Your Key Responsibilities

Oversee the design, development and delivery of robust, secure, scalable, maintainable, highly observable and high-performing software solutions.

Advocate for code quality, maintainability and testability through code reviews, automated testing and the adoption of best practices.

Troubleshoot complex production issues and contribute to technical debt backlog for prioritization.

Mentor senior engineers and raise the bar for engineering across teams.

About You

You'll bring 10+ years' experience in building microservices for large scale enterprises using .NET, Node.js or Java. Strong programming foundations and in-depth understanding of SOLID principles are essential.
