Staff Software Engineer Position

We are seeking an experienced software engineer to fill a key role in our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the technical vision and strategy for customer-facing and internal tools.


About This Role

This is a 12-month fixed-term position, providing an excellent opportunity for growth and development. Our ideal candidate is a passionate technology leader with experience designing, problem-solving, and taking ownership of technical challenges.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the technical vision, strategy, and execution for customer-facing and internal tools.
  • Collaborate with product managers, designers, and engineers to deliver seamless, intuitive experiences.
  • Provide hands-on leadership, mentoring, and guidance to a team of engineers; promote technical excellence and innovation.

Requirements:
  • Strong mentorship and people leadership skills to build an engaged, curious engineering community.
  • Experience across the full software development lifecycle using Agile practices and Dev Sec Ops.
  • Strong technical skills with a focus on developing 3-tier applications on-premises and in the cloud.

Technical Skills:
  • Experience with developing 3-tier applications on-premises and in the cloud.
  • Frontend: React, TypeScript, Next.js (preferred).
  • Backend:.NET Core, C#, Java, Node.js.
  • Database: SQL and NoSQL (admin and usage).
  • Scripting languages (TypeScript, Go, Python, GraphQL).
  • CI/CD tools (GitHub Actions, Team City, Octopus).
  • Infrastructure as Code: Terraform, Pulumi, CloudFormation.
  • Automation Quality Engineering (Unit Testing, Regression Testing).
