Job Title

The Software Implementation Consultant is a pivotal role that oversees the successful integration and training of our product suite to new and existing clients through consistent and effective methods.

  • Optimize the implementation process by following and improving upon established procedures, incorporating our CRM (Salesforce) to ensure documented communication.
  • Engage with customers to consult and strategically plan implementations based on customer needs.
  • Provide onsite and online training tailored to customer requirements.
  • Conduct post-implementation reviews to guarantee system optimization and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver exceptional training skills, adapting methods to suit diverse needs.
  • Experience in software system implementation.
  • Understanding of business processes and workflows.
  • Professional approach with consultative expertise.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and deliver rapid outcomes.
  • Confidence to adapt and learn new programs and systems.
  • Knowledge of accounting packages such as Sage, Xero, QuickBooks.
  • Knowledge or experience in the trades industry.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in software implementation, consulting, or customer training.
  • Experience delivering software training in both onsite and remote settings.
  • Strong understanding of business process mapping.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools like Salesforce.
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to travel for onsite training and implementation support.
  • Experience in the trades, construction, or field service industry is advantageous.
  • High attention to detail and organizational skills.
