The Opportunity

We are seeking a suitably experienced Dental Claims Specialist to join HBF's Payment Integrity team. Reporting to the Manager Ancillary Integrity, this role will be offered as a permanent full-time opportunity.

The Dental Claims Specialist works towards ensuring HBF's sustainability into the future by investigating instances of dental claims leakage, fraud or other inappropriate conduct to reduce potential loss to the organisation. Through investigations, you'll actively look for opportunities to implement new or enhance existing dental claiming rules to effect greater identification of claims leakage.

About You

The ideal candidate will have experience within the dental industry with time spent either as a clinician, dental nurse, hygienist, treatment coordinator or practice manager. You'll have an excellent understanding of clinical records, strong knowledge regarding ADA Schedule and Glossary Codes and proficiency using systems and software typically used within dental practices. You are highly analytical and demonstrate well developed interpersonal and communication skills, used to build strong relationships and deal compassionately and fairly with people.
