We are currently seeking a skilled Instrumentation and Control Professional to lead our site's project team. This critical role involves ensuring compliance with technical requirements for off-site testing, installation works, acceptance testing, commissioning, and start-up of the instrumentation, control & communications system.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver high-quality engineering services that meet project objectives within established timelines and resource constraints.
  • Collaborate closely with stakeholders including Project Engineering teams, Site Supervision, Subcontractors, Clients, and Vendors.
  • Contribute to successful construction and commissioning activities on site, encompassing Installation Test Records and punch list close-out.
  • Foster a positive safety culture among team members.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Degree-qualified professionals with 10+ years of experience in I&C Engineering.
  • Substantial site experience in Construction and Commissioning environments.
  • In-depth knowledge of processing plants and power stations.
  • A deep understanding of I&C communications and control systems (PLC and SCADA).
  • Proficiency in Siemens automation software (SIMATIC PCS7, TIA Portal, WinCC, TopServer) and Schneider Electric SCADA (GeoSCADA); formal certification is advantageous.
  • Experience with industrial communication protocols (Profibus, Profinet, Modbus, DNP3, OPC, etc.).
  • Ability to prepare and review detailed works packs and commissioning procedures.
