About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Project Engineer to lead and manage civil infrastructure projects, ensuring contractual obligations are met and maintaining positive relationships with clients.

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for coordinating design and construction activities, ensuring projects are delivered to a high standard and quality. You will also build on strong stakeholder relationships within both government and private sectors, leading and developing a team of engineers to ensure successful project delivery within a safety-first culture.

The ideal candidate will have previous experience in managing civil infrastructure projects, a degree in civil engineering, and prior experience working with bituminous pavements. They will also possess strengths in cost control and monthly project forecasting.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage civil infrastructure projects from conception to completion, ensuring timely and budget-friendly delivery.
  • Coordinate design and construction activities, including liaison with stakeholders and site visits as required.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including government agencies and private sector partners.
  • Lead and develop a team of engineers to achieve project goals and objectives.
