Early Childhood Leadership Opportunity

We are seeking a dedicated and passionate professional to lead our Early Childhood team. As an accomplished leader, you will be responsible for developing and implementing inclusive educational programs aligned with the Early Years Learning Framework and National Quality Framework.

Maintaining a safe and nurturing environment for children is paramount. You will provide leadership to ensure high-quality childcare delivery and build positive connections with children, families, and the community.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and implement engaging educational programs that cater to diverse learning needs
  • Lead a team of early childhood professionals to deliver exceptional care and education
  • Foster strong relationships with children, families, and the community through effective communication and collaboration
Requirements:
  • A degree in Early Childhood Education or equivalent qualification
  • Current First Aid, CPR, and Anaphylaxis Certificates (or ability to obtain before commencement)
  • A valid Working with Children Blue Card and current Police Clearance
Desirable:
  • Previous experience in early childhood education and leadership roles
  • Knowledge of the National Quality Framework and relevant regulations
