About the Role
BaptistCare is seeking an experienced Injury Management Coordinator to join our Safety and Wellbeing team on a permanent full-time basis.
As a key member of our team, you will provide high-level administrative support by coordinating multiple processes and ensuring BaptistCare meets workers' compensation obligations.
To be successful in this role, you will have:
- Previous experience in a workers compensation administration or claims role that includes weekly benefits.
- Exceptional administrative, organisational and coordination skills.
- Ability to prioritise work and deal with multiple tasks and input sources.
- Experience with a large employer as an Injury Management Consultant or Rehabilitation Provider.
- Experience with end-to-end claims management, including the roles and responsibilities of all stakeholders highly desirable.
- Experience within the aged care or disability sector advantageous.
